Ground level is the garage. Up about 6 steps to the front entrance, then once inside, up about 5 more steps to the 1st level which contains 3 bedrooms (one bedroom is a master with it's own full bathroom and front facing deck, the rear bedroom has a small rear facing deck), one hallway full bathroom, and hallway washer & dryer closet. Up a full flight of steps to the top floor which contains living room with front facing deck, dining area, kitchen with half a bathroom, and one rear bedroom with it's own full bathroom and rear facing deck. There is a full flight of inside steps down from the 1st level to the storage/bonus room with cement floor and area rug and a couple of sofas. The bonus room is on the ground level behind the garage. You can access the garage and the rear yard of the house from the bonus room. Bedroom behind the kitchen has a king bed. Midlle level bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen bed, one with 2 single beds, one with a pyramid bunk bed (double bed on bottom bunk, top bunk is a single bed) and a single trundle bed under the bottom bunk that pulls out. The bonus romm on the ground floor behind the garage has 2 futons that sleeps 4 total. Note: the bonus room on the ground floor has no air conditioning.
