The first level has two bedrooms, one with one Queen Bed and an ensuite full bathroom that can also be accessed from the main living area, and another another bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a laundry room on this level. The second level has an open floor plan with a living room, dining area and a private deck. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an ocean view. The top floor has a large master bedroom (Queen size Bed)with ocean views, an en-suite bath, and an additional bedroom with 2 singles and its own private bath. There is a fireplace but not for tenant use. There is one assigned parking spot for unit 7 in the center court area. All other cars would need to park on New Jersey Avenue where there are not parking meters. Landlord will provide beach chairs and umbrellas. The cleaning fee will be $100.00. There will be a list of items that the tenant will be responsible for completing prior to check out. The location is superb with the ability to take a break from the beach and bring everyone home for a bite to eat. Later, take a leisurely stroll and have dinner at one of Cape May's fine restaurants.
