There is an extra frig for your use in the garage; beach chairs, umbrella, lobster pot; 4 enclosed outside showers and a dressing room; lobster pot, plenty of outside furniture All decks are available for renters use including the fourth level deck above the owners suite. Elevator access available for handicapped or medical reasons only. Owner will provide waiver to be signed in advance. A separate suite off 2nd level main living area is not included with rental. Area has private entrance which is utilized by owner.
