Enjoy a game of beach volleyball, play tennis at one of the newly renovated courts or visit one of the 9 parks & playgrounds.
If you prefer a slower pace, enjoy a walk on the seven miles of safe and beautiful beaches, enjoy a boat tour, take a leisurely bike ride through town or just sit back & enjoy the most magnificent sunsets.
Visit Stone Harbor's famous 96th Street Shopping district. Avalon now has its own unique shopping district, along Dune Drive. With more than a hundred stores to visit within the seven miles even the most discriminating shopper will find something that delights them.

Whether you're looking for casual family dining or a romantic night out, there are more than 30 restaurants to choose from with selections from fresh seafood, mouthwatering steaks or some of the best burgers & wings, the 7 mile beach has a lot of offer.

This is the perfect beach house for any family, and has such competitive rates. You can tell the home is loved and maintained well. New couch and recliner make for comfy nights in, with a large flat screen TV you can see even from the kitchen, and TV in the bedrooms too. The outside shower makes cleaning off from the beach easy and helps keep the inside clean. Also comes with everything you could possibly need to cook for any meal. My favorite is the deck off the back where you can enjoy a meal or beautiful sunsets. Easy walking distance to the beach and quick bike ride to the heart of Avalon. I would recommend this beach house for anyone wanting a Jersey Shore vacation at an affordable rate, within walking distance to the beach!
