In the rear off the kitchen is another deck, overlooking the pool below. There is a half bath on this second floor level. Then the third floor offers a full master bedroom suite, with large bath and outdoor deck with views to the ocean and the bay!
Then there are two more bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two twin beds and a full hall bath on the third floor. You will also conveniently find the laundry room on the third floor, opposite the bedrooms and bath. The home is meticulously maintained , baths and kitchen all finished with custom tile/granite/marble, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Your family will feel right at home in this setting and it's convenience to the beach and to Jitney service on Dune and Ocean drives is another plus, no need to drive to either town with jitneys running from early morning to past midnight in-season. There is off street parking and always ample street parking as well.
