Located just 1 ½ blocks to the beach, this distinctive property boasts seven (7) bedrooms, each with their own custom, private bath, as well as one powder room and an exquisite, solid mahogany, outdoor shower. For maximum comfort and versatility, there are two, separately zoned, centrally heated and air conditioned spaces. The first floor features four (4) bedrooms and baths, laundry room with two washers and two dryers and family room, overlooking the pool, with built-in wet bar, and large flat screen TVl. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The main kitchen is an epicurean’s delight with granite countertops, two sinks, refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, single wall convection oven and microwave, four-burner range with griddle, a second convection oven, and an undercounter wine reserve. All appliances are high-end GE Monogram and Viking stainless steel. Enjoy plenty of seating in the open living/dining/kitchen area, with twelve foot ceilings, that leads out to a screen-in porch and deck overlooking the custom, outdoor spaces. Your rest and relaxation continues at the backyard, outdoor oasis perfect for entertaining family and friends. A separate covered pool bar with undercounter beverage refrigerator, flat-screen TV and BBQ grill overlook the heated pool. At night, the fiber optic lighting, within the pool, casts a chic glow. In addition, the poolside pavilion offers deep seating as well as a custom, masonry wood burning fireplace (wood is provided) where guests may relax by the warm glow of a fire during cooler seaside evenings. There is plenty of storage for bikes and beach gear. A unique feature of this property is that its rear yard allows direct access to Chelsea Park, a quaint, little, secluded park with plenty of room for both children and adults to enjoy even more fun, games and exercise after a day at the beach. Amenities include bed linens and towels are provided.
