Off street parking for at least 3 cars. Owner provides 4 beach tags as a courtesy and are NOT guaranteed.

The Seven Mile Beach is composed of two towns, Avalon & Stone Harbor. Avalon & Stone harbor offer a unique charm that you won't find anywhere else. You will be surprised at just how much there is to do within seven miles.
If you are looking for adventure, there are unlimited activities to keep you busy. For the water lovers, you can enjoy boating, sailing, wave running, kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, surfing and swimming in the ocean & back bays.
Enjoy a game of beach volleyball, play tennis at one of the newly renovated courts or visit one of the 9 parks & playgrounds.
If you prefer a slower pace, enjoy a walk on the seven miles of safe and beautiful beaches, enjoy a boat tour, take a leisurely bike ride through town or just sit back & enjoy the most magnificent sunsets.
Visit Stone Harbor's famous 96th Street Shopping district. Avalon now has its own unique shopping district, along Dune Drive. With more than a hundred stores to visit within the seven miles even the most discriminating shopper will find something that delights them.
When the sun goes down, the excitement is just beginning. Whether you're looking for casual family dining or a romantic night out, there are more than 30 restaurants to choose from with selections from fresh seafood, mouthwatering steaks or some of the best burgers & wings, the 7 mile beach has a lot of offer.
From sunrise to sunset, you can make yourself as busy or as relaxed as you want to be. Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 1PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.
