Wireless internet available in each unit/fees apply. One assigned parking space. The Capri charges a non-refundable Registration fee of $40 payable from May 1st through Sept. 30th, includes parking for 1 vehicle. Fee for extra vehicles if space avail: $55.00 per car/per week or $10 daily. At the end of your long drive, enjoy a relaxing check-in at the Long & Foster office located on the 2nd floor of the Capri building. Capri 2001 was a nice property however I feel the cleaning staff did not take any extra time to make sure the place was just clean. Mirrors were dirty windows on sliding glass doors were all streaked. I found the beds were dusty, corners in the bathrooms and kitchen showed some residue. Also management should comfine owners with pets to a certain area for"business". The path to beach was littered and we witnessed a dog from our building urinating on the walkway as we were returning from the beach. One last thing was lack of wifi that was most of the time 5unavailable. Even with citi wifi passwords there was no service unless I was outside near the car and only in one area of parking lot. Rate about 3.5

Bathtub and shower did not work at all in one bathroom. All toilet seats were so loose it was dangerous. The two bedrooms on the upper level were uncomfortably hot while the lower level was overly cool. Little bugs crawling around in the bathrooms. The TV reception kept blinking in and out and not HBO that was supposed to be available. Overall, very disappointing.

Great views, but the property is in need of some updates, maintenance and cleaning. Carpet in the living room and entrance way needed cleaning. Cookware and utensils are ancient.
