Quay #1707 10700 Coastal Hwy. Weekly Rental Sat to Sat Non-Smoking 1,512 Sq. Ft. Spacious 3bed/2bath direct oceanfront condo. Ceramic tile at entrance and kitchen and pretty grey carpet throughout rest of unit. Living room has a large comfortable queen sleep sofa with matching over-sized wide arm chairs, along with a TV & DVD Player. Large dining room table seats six plus four barstools at counter. Kitchen has been remodeled with pine cabinets and updated white appliances. Master bedroom has a king bed and remodeled master bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds (equals 4 twins), and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The living room, dining room, master bedroom and balcony are all direct ocean front. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms offer both an ocean and bay view. You will find a TVs in each bedroom. Washer/Dryer in unit. This is a non-smoking unit. Occupancy 12. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, free wireless internet access available in unit and on the second floor and an arcade game room which includes pool tables. Convenient check-in / check-out from our L&F Rental Office on the 2nd floor. The Quay charges a $40 non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car, second car first come first serve with a price of $10 a day or $50 week which is done upon arrival with security , the fee runs from May 4 to October 5.

The unit itself was beautiful, and as a previous poster mentioned, better than the pictures show. The owners do need to provide a cutting board and either some decent knives or a knife sharpener. We did a lot of cooking and found this to be particularly frustrating.
Otherwise, no complaints. We were even able to get additional parking spaces (at a cost) beyond the 1 - 2 designated per unit when we stayed in mid-September. The outdoor pool was heated, which was nice, as the weather had started to cool down.
We did not run into the problem with the elevator that the previous poster mentioned. There were 3 elevators, all of which seemed to be in good working order.
We just stayed here at The Quay, room 1707. Was better in person than in the pictures. However, was immaculately clean, the elevator system was Horrible (we used the stairs twice-from the 17th floor!), the "store" was never open, and the worst part, we actually wanted to stay an extra day but my realtor never called back after leaving several messages. Other than that, nice condo, great location, and the fee to stay was decent.
Respectfully, I discussed this with the rental coordinator involved and she stated that she attempted to contact you several times via your cell and at the unit. I am truly sorry that you were not able to connect with each other.
