This lovely 3-bedroom/2-bath condo offers a casual and open living / dining room, and kitchen. At the kitchen breakfast bar there are 3 bar stools and seating at the dining room table. Living room offers 46" Flat Screen TV and DVD/VHS player. Generously equipped to meet all your needs and then some! Master bedroom has a King bed. There is an attached bathroom with shower only. Second bedroom has King bed. Third bedroom has queen and two twin (daybed with trundle) beds. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. This is a nonsmoking unit. Maximum occupancy 8 persons. Weekly only in-season & Mini-week with flexible turn day rental. Unit has direct oceanfront view. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, free wireless internet access, an arcade game room which includes pool tables. This is a non- smoking unit. Convenient check-in / check-out from our L&F Rental Office on the 2nd floor. The Quay charges a $40 non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car, second car first come first serve with a price of $10 a day or $50 week which is done upon arrival with security. This fee runs from April to October.

Avg. Rating:Upon arrival to the unit - I walked in and noticed a metal bi-fold door leaning up against the bookcase in the living room, I wanted to know why this door was off the tracks intended - found it to be removed from the washer/ dryer closet. Did not know why, but I took cell pictures of the door and all rooms as I walked thru the condo. I asked some maintenance guys standing out in the hallway by elevators - they said the owners must have installed a new dryer and simply did not re-install the metal door. That said, they stepped inside the condo while I was moving in luggage - and they re-hung the door. Problem solved ? No ...when I need to actually operate the dryer - found the closet space was too small for dryer and washer - and these metal doors would not allow the door of dryer to open to insert wet clothes. Ask the owner - I 'm sure they know of the dryer door / bi-fold door hitting. So that's why the door was removed prior to our arrival. Other than that , the TV remotes located in the master bedroom were not compatible for the older style of TV set. You could not use the remotes - Comcast or the Radio Shack model they left near the unit. If you wanted to retire to the master bedroom and watch the 11 o'clock news - you had to manually turn on the TV , stand there and select the channel to watch. Remotes were useless. We informed the 2nd floor management office (Nancy) / Long and Foster. Apparently they sent up maintenance guys to check the TV. It worked, remotes no.
This condo was very clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay. The ocean views are gorgeous and we all were very comfortable. Thank you.
