Building is nice. Pool and pool bar were great. Easy in and out on check in and check out. The unit itself was outdated. Living room was upgraded, but that was it. Old appliances, but they all did work fine. Unit needs some TLC, but we did not spend that much time there so it was ok. Balcony view of ocean is top notch.
We stayed at the plaza with our 2 young children. It does not have easy beach access. All access to the beach is through stairs. I pay ocean front prices for convenience and this was not convenient. Also we read that there was a game room, and when my husband asked he was told it was closed a year ago. They also have a lot of rules, such as you must wear shoes and beach coverups in the lobby, elevator, and all walkways. I think this is a little much when you are at the beach. Appliances were very old. It took forever to warm my son's bottles. Also we could never get the TV in the guest room to work, and there was still a big tangle of wires behind the dresser. My suggestion would be to have some instructions for using the TVs. We were asked to broom clean the condo before leaving, but we could not find a dust pan.
Staff was overall friendly. Condo was clean, and pool was nice. Parking was good. Our biggest problem was difficult beach access.
We can give this suite only 2 stars.
Not very clean; kitchen floor dirty, balcony filthy, tub & shower curtain 'slimy'.
Wall switches everywhere, but few work. Most lights must be turned on at lamp; only half the lamps worked. Some outlets have no power; plugged cell phone into charger all night but no charge. Bedroom tv's work occasionally; dangerous tangle of plugs behind tv dresser!
No phone in unit.
Kitchen cabinets looked ready to fall off wall.
Office staff disorganized, somewhat rude. Patio "Jungle Bar" also rude and prices too high.
