The private balcony with bayside view is off of 3rd bedroom and entry. Master bath features a walk-in shower, hall bath is tub/shower combo. The master bedroom features room darkening liners on the window. Gorgeous, fully renovated modern kitchen, central air, dishwasher, microwave, 4 Flatscreen TVs, and 2 DVDs. Very comfortable living room with huge TV for great family gatherings! Washer and Dryer in unit. $500.00 Refundable move-out deposit required in lieu of Accidental Damage Fee. Maximum Occupancy is 8. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 1 Bunk Bed, 1 Single Bed, 1 Trundle (Trundle pulls out from under Single) = 4 Twins BDRM 3: Queen. Our family of five and my friends with two kids stayed here. It had everything we needed. Everything was in working order and other than the shower door in the whole bathroom not working perfectly it was still completely usable. My only complaint is that it was not very clean when we arrived. Previous tenants had spilled something in the fridge so there was a red, sticky mess in there and it just felt like everything needed to be wiped down. However, with Covid right now I planned to clean everything myself anyways. In the future I would like it to feel cleaner upon arrival but overall it was not too bad. We would definitely stay here again and plan to and we’ve stayed at many condos in this building and this has been the best one.
This is a first class unit, with many upgrades. My only negative experience was with the uncomfortable living room sofa. Considering that everything else in this unit is first class this sofa was not up to par with rest of unit. I will certainly considering renting this unit again, and supplement the sofa seating with extra pillows.
613 is a beautiful unit and very well kept. I love this unit!
