It was a great place to stay. The accommodations were excellent. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all up to date and well maintained and in excellent working order. The only negatives were the internet connection was either poor or non-existent. It seemed to be better in the morning by at night it was terrible. The vertical blinds did not slide properly and fell off the holders often. The oven temperature didn't seem accurate which caused increased baking time.

Condo 303 is updated with a nice open layout. Loved the newer kitchen with great counter space, newer appliances and is well stocked with extra cookware, utensils and dishes. Decor is lovely and there is a very large flat panel in the living room. The owners also have quite a few extra amenities such as extra pillows and blankets, children books and a few movies for the DVD. The sliding glass doors and screens to the balcony are newer and there are a # of extra chairs on the patio. Our only recommendations are the bed in the master bedroom definitely needs a new better quality mattress, consider upgrading to a King size bed and the unit needs the vertical blinds to be replaced.
Over the years, my family has stayed in several different units in the Plaza and this unit is one of the nicer ones that is clearly well maintained by the property owner.
Suggestions for the Plaza management, congrats on continuing to keep the public areas and grounds so well maintained, clean and secure. We do suggest a few upgrades like new pool chairs, more patio table umbrellas and would be great to add a few play areas on the beach such as a volleyball net, shuffleboard and bocce ball court for the families. There is certainly room for it. You can have a play equipment sign out/in sheet to ensure return of equipment needed and this sheet can also be used to maintain a maximum court time limit per session (like 90 minutes at a time per condo unit #) to support multiple family access.
