This lovely unit will sleep your party of 7 comfortably with a new King in the master, a Queen and Twin in the second bedroom, and a new queen sleeper sofa in the den. All new living room furniture and wall mounted TV, new cabinets and counter tops in both bathrooms and all new window treatments await you! The condo also boasts a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and AC in the unit. The building registration fee $60, payable from May 1st through October 31st, includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles: $15/day or $60 per week. The Plaza features a Tiki Bar (In Season - opens 11am), an on-site Restaurant open for dinner only (in Season); 24-hour security, two saunas, a hot tub and heated indoor pool (all open 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.); and a heated outdoor and kiddie pool open from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Free wi-fi available for guests!
