Mini stays available during the non peak season. This big, bright and airy unit boasts breathtaking views of the ocean and is completely updated throughout. There is balcony access from the Living Room that leads to a large private balcony to watch the dolphins. The sliding balcony door is protected with a child safety lock. This unit includes 4 TVs, a Blu-Ray player, cable TV with HBO, WIFI, and a full size front loading washer and dryer. Beautifully renovated kitchen offers designer cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything you will need to feel right at home. The dining room table has plenty of room to seat 8 and there is also seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The large master bedroom offers a direct ocean view with (1) King Bed with a beautiful and updated tiled on-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The large second bedroom has both ocean and bay views with (1) Queen Bed with plenty of room for the Twin cot stored in the closet. The third bedroom offers ocean and bay views and has (1) Queen Bed and (1) Twin Bed. The Living room has a (1) queen sized sleeper sofa. The last updated hall bathroom offers ceramic tile with a full bathtub and shower combo. Enjoy convenient check-in/check-out from our L&F Rental Office on the 2nd floor. The Quay building amenities will keep the family happy rain or shine with it's sauna, seasonal convenient store/deli, heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball court, ping pong tables, and an arcade game room with pool tables. Get free Internet access in unit and on the building's 2nd floor. The Quay charges a $40 nonrefundable building registration fee, which includes parking for 1 car. Additional parking is available upon arrival on a first-come, first served basis for $10 daily or $50 weekly. The fee runs from April 26 to October 24th. Maximum occupancy: 10, Non-smoking, please No pets. You will want to vacation in this one year after year.
