We just returned home and miss it already; we found this overall very nice, clean and a great view of both the ocean and bay side; however the downsides were: the TV in BR was ancient and didn't work; no sun at all and the toilets are very loud when flushed.
The builidng location is wonderful and being beach front property is the best. We loved being a distance from the board walk as our beach was very family friendly and not overly crowded. However, the unit itself is in need of some TLC. The carpets need to be shampooed or replaced, and the mattresses are terrible and need to be replaced. The bathrooms are showing their age and could use updating and repairs. The balacony had only two chairs, one of which was broken.
