Avg. Rating:Nice unit. Everything was comfortable. Kitchen did not have a spatula which made cooking some things difficult. View of ocean is wonderful. Air conditioning vents are very clogged with thick dust. Being a rental unit and people passing through weekly overall this unit is good. Renting from long and foster is very pleasant however the manager of the building is rude and if you can avoid any interaction with her you will be ok. I was told that ping pong paddles and basketballs are available in the management office and when I went to ask for it I was told there is a Walmart down the street as well as other stores. It was extremely rude. Also if you are staying around a holiday make sure you make prior arrangements for extra parking.
We've stayed at this property for the past 10 years. Wonderful location and has all of the amenities you need.
The unit could use some updating in kitchen and bathrooms, However it was clean and comfortable. Furniture on balcony was old and not really usable. The pool would be nicer if windows were more transparent. Could not understand why pool is closed at 6pm on Thursday for maintenance. Wouldn't it be better served to have pool closed in early hours when beach is available. Lobby is very tight. Halls and elevators are hot and stuffy.
Can't play ping pong or basketball unless you bring your own equipment. For travelers flying in, it is difficult to do this.
We are sorry the accomadations did not meet all of your expectations. We realize that your vacation is important to you and your guests. Hopefully you will visit with us again next year!
