This is a terrific location for restaurants, the Naval Academy and all Annapolis has to offer. Right near the center of everything yet very quiet. A cozy home with a terrific rooftop deck and a parking space too. The owner is easy to deal with and very accommodating.

The Sand Dollar 101 deserves better than a 3 star review! My family of 5 stayed there August 2017 and it was pretty awesome! The location is unbeatable - right on the beach, with a terrific, big private balcony with total ocean view. It's not fancy, and a bit worn, but that's a good thing - it's nice to be casual at the beach and not worry about messing something up. My number one suggestion to the owner -invest in new mattresses and blankets. (And NOT particular to this unit, but a note to the realtors of OC, can someone get a decent LINEN company? - as usual, rented bath towels are thin and scratchy - for about $100 a week to RENT, I should think better could be provided.) We are semi-locals and go to OC several times a year, all seasons. We've stayed in many places up and down the strip, and this was a favorite; being up near Delaware is very cool. We will definitely stay there again. (What would get me to rate 5 stars - new mattresses, new blankets, new couch, better cleaning prior to check in - that's it!)
Excellent spot in Ocean City!! Thank you.

Convenient location, and nice to be close to the beach. Shower curtains definitely need to be replaced. Beds are showing their wear, but are still comfortable. Picture of beach view was not current. Sand dune blocks most of your view on 1st floor location. Would definitely consider staying here again.
