Only word to describe this vacation is wonderful. The weather was perfect, the condo was perfect! Love rooftop pool. Will definitely be back.

This was our fourth stay in 305 and as usual a great week despite incredible heat. Being just steps from the beach is a real plus when the weather is so uncomfortable. The unit is still nicely maintained despite a small bump in the road with appliances, but the management staff were great about getting repairs done. We hope to continue to return for years to come to the Henlopen 305 and all the great amenities, restaurants, a beautiful beach and many site seeing activities at our favorite town of Rehoboth Beach.

We have stayed in this unit for the past three years. The owners have made very nice renovations, great bathrooms, and recently replaced all the flooring. The location is great as the condominium is at the northernmost part of the boardwalk which makes for a quieter environment . However, you can park your car in the garage and can walk easily to anywhere in the city of Rehoboth. We hope to return again for many years.

A very nicely maintained condo with all the needed equipment for a comfortable stay at the beach. This was our second stay in 305 and look forward to another stay next year. The condo is located directly on the beach at the northern end of the boardwalk and a very easy walk to all the sights and restaurants in the city.
