Overall, we liked the unit quite a bit. It was clean, had plenty of room, and lots of windows overlooking the bay. You could even see the ocean from the second story bedroom. Because it was an end unit, it was very quiet. We loved sitting on the deck watching the wildlife (egrets, herons, ospreys) and the sunsets were beautiful. Crossing Route 1 to get to the beach was not a problem at all.

The unit, however, is a bit dated. The kitchen and bathrooms could really use upgrades. The sliding doors need a paint job and the screen on the third floor slider was torn and needs to be replaced. Also, there was no iron and ironing board. Regardless, we would definitely rent the unit again.
