We thoroughly enjoyed our second rental of this Dewey Beach home, and have already signed on for 2020. It perfectly suits our family vacation needs.

This is the second time we have rented this unit since July 2016. Great location in a great beach town. Meets all of our families needs and expectations. Good value for the money. Décor could stand to be updated.

The unit was beautiful! It was well stocked - we had a great time. It's about the tenth year we have rented this unit.

location, location, location.....ocean front and in the middle of the dewey beach "action"....a wonderful place...

BUT....one wonders: does the owner ever stay here?...update the carpets...buy a decent vacuum cleaner...paint the walls...organize the kitchen...add some comfy chairs to the deck...give it a total cleaning....

we would definitely stay here again....just needs a little tweaking...
