"Overall, this was a nice place to stay. Short walk to the beach (although you must cross Coastal Hwy). Restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The balcony and view of the bay were lovely. Most mornings we ate breakfast overlooking the bay. The two main problems were: 1) It was not as well maintained as I would have hoped (we replaced vertical blind slats, tightened loose screws on railing of spiral stairs, and wore shoes inside all week because the bottoms of our feet were getting dirty walking around barefoot); and 2) It was more in the center of the nightlife on the weekend nights than we would have wanted so things were noisier than we'd like. Not unbearable, but a bit rowdy. That said, our family still had a really nice vacation here.

"This townhouse was perfect. Attractive, comfortable, most of the household products one needs (just had to buy a few things). A block from the main strip in Dewey Beach. We loved spending mornings and evenings on the 2nd floor deck overlooking the bay side (there is one on the 1st floor as well). The only thing on the slightly negative side was that the queen bed was quite hard, so not very comfortable. Not something to keep us from coming here again, by any means. Long & Foster were great property managers. We got the linen package, which we felt was a good deal.
