Oceanside, lovely 5 bdr ,5 1/2 bth home in a private community. House is one back from the beach. Pool and tennis are located on the west side of the highway. Ocean Ridge Assoc. charges tenants $200.00 per week community assessment fee. All amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and outside shower and bath along with an ice machine on the ground level. Also has a deck and screened porch. 6 Color tv 's with an addl tv on the first level.NO SMOKING! NO PETS! High-speed internet access ! Pool and tennis on the bayside of Ocean Ridge. No pets, no smoking. Occupancy 10 ****Charcoal Grilling allowed in driveway, but NOT under house.

This was our second year staying at Ocean Ridge East 18. We love the house and location. All the beach items you could want are there (and then some), directly across the street from the beach access, great views from the front of the house. House is spacious, great for a larger number, nice large table where everyone can dine together. Overall great house!
