We spent a very relaxing 2 weeks at this house. It was well suited for our family of 8 (5 adults & 3 children). The location was perfect! A short drive to the beach with easy parking; water access that allowed us to go kayaking; and a view from the terrific screened in porch of the wildlife preserve where we could watch egrets, herons and an occasional bald eagle. The major drawback was the dining "nook," which was too small and inconvenient for 8 people. Also, the kitchen was well-equipped but the owners should allow more cabinet space for the renters' supplies. We had to store food in the laundry room and the bedroom closet. All things considered, this was a great house for a beach vacation.
We stayed here for a long stay. This house is perfect! Great outside by the dock, great upstairs and screened porch. And Beautiful Sunsets! Had an AC issue, Owner & Long Foster were onit ASAP, fixed in less than 24 hrs...and Owner even followed up.....Service!
