Once you find a property that you would like to call your home, we have you fill out a rental application, our office will check landlord and employment references, and we will conduct a standard credit check. Upon approval from the owner, a Lease Agreement can then be executed. Prior to occupancy all monies must be paid in full and utilities must be transferred into the tenant’s name. Your Long & Foster Rental Coordinators are just a phone call away should any repair issues arise once you move into your new home. All repairs will be handled in a prompt and timely manner by our competent staff.
